create and provide complete services for children of chemically addicted families.
Services provided within each contraced area can include the following
-Ongoing educational Support Groups
-Retreats/Workshops for Parents
-Community Workshops and Consultation Services

ongoing funding, establishing community support and utilizing/training local
community people.
